In October 2025, we moved into our new office at 401 Church St, Archbald, PA 18403. We’re still renovating, but we’re officially operating out of this location.

The office moved—our buying area didn’t shrink.The only thing that changed is our home base. We’re now set up at 401 Church St, Archbald, PA 18403. We still buy houses across Northeast Pennsylvania—this move doesn’t mean we “left” Scranton, Kingston, or any other area we’ve been buying in.
We’re actively improving the building while operating out of it. If you need to meet in person, call ahead so we can schedule it around renovation work.
We were able to buy this office instead of renting it. That matters because ownership + storage + our construction operation helps us control our costs and stay aggressive on offers when the numbers work.
Owning the building reduces overhead and keeps our operation stable long-term.
Storage lets us stage supplies, keep tools organized, and reduce waste and downtime.
